Family Support

Over my life I've done some pretty "off the wall" things, this walk being just the latest. But my family continues to support my adventures, even though they are very busy with their own lives. The latest example is t-shirts my son Jeff and his wife Michelle had made for Alan and me to wear, and to pass out along the walk, and for the family to wear showing their support (logo pictured). I really wanted this walk to be for and about them and lots of people, not just the 2 doing the walking.

The shirts were designed and produced by Cotton Connection in Lynchburg, VA. H.B. Adkins is the owner, and Rachel and Nathan are the artists. My granddaughter Lauren thinks the image of the walker even looks like me. Great job, thanks for your work.

  2. Hi Jeff. Your granddaughter is right, it does look a little like you. Would love to have a shirt too if any become available. My brother lives in Oxnard CA and when i visited him many years ago, we took the coastal hwy to San Diego..he says we passed Dana Point. Beautiful area. Good luck and I will be following your blog.
